PgUp/PgDn is a seven-channel video installation. The 7 monitors may be displayed differently so as to fully adapt to the site in which they are installed. Each monitor presents a word that repeats itself, filling up the screen from left to right, top to bottom. The words are “again’n again”; “ever’n ever”; “less’n less”; “lots’n lots”; “more’n more”; “never’n never”; over’n over”. Through the process of continuos repetition, overlapping sounds and excess, viewers are induced to make associations. Familiar words become pliable, generating new words or sounds in a specific environment.
